Our goal is to deliver your order as quickly and efficiently as possible. Our standard US shipping method is USPS. Your ring is typically handcrafted within 1-2 weeks, and shipping takes an average of 3-5 business days, depending on location (shipping is free).
- When your order is confirmed, you will receive a confirmation email with your order number. For any inquiries related to an order, please refer to that order number. Within 1-3 days after your order ships, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email with your tracking information.
- These time frames are estimates only. Once your order has shipped, it is held by the carrier. Unfortunately, we cannot control unforeseen delays on their behalf. In case of lengthy delays, don't worry, we're always here to help.
- We offer free shipping on all rings.
