Each ring we handcraft is custom-made to the specifications you provide us. We guarantee that your ring will be exactly what you ordered and will be free from defects. If there are any issues with your ring upon delivery, please contact us as soon as possible so we can repair or replace it for you. We will do our best to ensure that you are satisfied with your ring purchase.

1-Year Warranty

If there is any damage to your ring, we will repair or replace it for free within the first year. You only need to pay a $50 shipping/refinish fee to send it back.

After The First Year Of Purchase

If your ring breaks or wears out after the first year, we'll still cover you with our warranty for only a $60 deductible.

• Ring modifications such as engraving or any other type of ring modification. We'll still repair or replace your ring for free for the first year, but we won't incur any undue liability to the consumer.
• Manlemars is not responsible for the sentiment or intrinsic value of the original rings.
• If the ring you ordered is not in stock when you exchange it, we will allow you to select a new ring of equal value. The warranty applies to the original purchase.

PLEASE NOTE: Any alterations, size changes, or engravings by outside parties will void the warranty and return, style change, and size change policy. Also, please note that our warranty is not an insurance policy and does not cover customer misuse, or loss of rings. We recommend that you purchase an insurance policy for your ring from a reliable external source. Silicone rings are also not covered by the lifetime warranty. The warranty is non-transferable and applies to the original purchaser only.
